Raise of remittances from Germany, using the System, is very noticeable against the common 30% reduction in 2009, of Russian trans-border remittances’ market size, - says the President-Chairman of the board of RUSSLAVBANK (the System clearing center) Nikolay Gousman. – CONTACT System has been working successfully in Germany for many years. From 2001 a deliberately created company CONTACT-D has been allowing people to make remittances, using CONTACT System services. A great number of people have already used this service. Moreover, last year for the first time among other similar systems CONTACT System introduced the opportunity either to get transfers into an account in any German bank, or to get cash payment in CONTACT service points. This service turned out to be very popular: quantity of remittances in the Federal Republic of Germany increased in 4,5 times. These results are reached due to the constant quality improvement and service availability increase – offices network, representing the System in the country, has expanded more than in 10 times».
